I was invited to hold a workshop about the ‘Future of work’ at the TED Summit 2016 with some of the brightest brains around.
What a great event and venue and what a brilliant crowd ! We explored how the regular work day looks like for this group, what tools they are currently using to get work done, what culture they work in and also how they see the place of work and the tools changing in 2030.
The discussion apart from this was much more intense and indicated that there is a big question mark around how technology is influencing this future of work and a significant unease about how to deal with it in education and companies.
Here are some of the drawings participants created.
