Oliver is a design leader who delivers simple, intuitive and memorable experiences at scale with global design teams.

Over the past decade he has created and enhanced products for WebEx, Cisco, Autodesk, VMware, Amazon and others that connect millions of people every day making their work experience richer, seamless and more fluid.

His leadership expertise is in building global design organizations that work well with cross-functional teams. Oliver’s design focus has been on design vision development, design innovation,  user experience design and making design decisions data driven based on research. He has done so at scale for products in team collaboration, video conferencing, mobile messaging & conferencing applications, unified communications, cloud based enterprise applications (storage, compute, networking) and holds patents for some of the most innovative designs.

As the world around us is changing rapidly he explores how technology shapes the future of the physical space we work in, the tools we use and the work culture we create with it.
